The Barsotti Legacy Lives On

​Tonight was something special.

Tom Barsotti, the original owner of Geppetto’s, and his wonderful wife, Glynis, came in for dinner. Tom ordered the spaghetti with house-made meat sauce, something he hadn’t tasted since he sold the restaurant back in 2006.

There was a quiet weight to that moment. A full-circle kind of feeling.

After dinner, I walked over and asked, “How was it?”

He smiled and said, “Better than I remembered.”

And just like that… it meant everything.

Nearly nine years of pouring our hearts into Geppetto’s, into the food, the recipes, the experience, felt validated in a single sentence. Because his opinion matters. These are his family’s recipes. His legacy.
And tonight, it felt like we honored it well.

The Barsotti family recipes are still alive, still being shared, still bringing people together, and still delicious.
